Back years ago, my dad wondered where to get pork chitterlings so he would make pork sausages, LAP XUONG.  We already knew it was impossible to get it in stores besides Asian grocery stores, which had nothing.  I searched, searched… online to find where to buy it, but had no chance.  Finally, I found a person who replied back to a comment of someone like me, searching for pork chitterlings, saying that we can get them at the farm.  Then, I searched in that direction.  Yeah, I found one place selling it.  That was from a farm, but far away from here, from another state, up north.  They took orders online and sent them to the house too, but unfortunately, it was out of order at the time. 

Now, I saw it, but… 

Anyway, I want to share the information to any of you who are interested in making pork sausage (Asian way).

Yeah, I do know how to make pork sausage LAP XUONG by verbal and seeing.  I watched my parents, my mom with the help of my dad, making it years ago.  I don’t remember how many years have gone by.
