Ingredients:

  • ice cream banana (blue java banana)
  • tapioca pearls
  • coconut milk
  • sugar
  • salt
  • water

How to make Vietnamese Ice Cream Banana Pudding

  1. Pot
  2. + banana = COOK until the color of the banana changes to pink
  3. + coconut milk = COOK
  4. + sugar = STIR well
  5. + cooked tapioca pearls = STIR well.
